Chapter 18- Harley's Wedding

This morning Regan O'Connell, Harley's High School sweetheart, aged up to a young adult.

That morning Harley and his parents went to work, playing in the subway for tips.

After Ella makes $638 in tips, she gets mugged, and they take $190 from her.  She feels sore, but she goes back to work, playing for tips in the underground theater.

Later that afternoon, after Harley makes enough money to get to level 5 of the band career, he goes to the park to meet Regan.  While he's waiting for her, he sees Princess Lynne.  He notices that she's not wearing her usual flowing dresses and corset, but he doesn't know what to make of it yet.

When Regan arrives, he surprises her with a ring that was passed down in his family.  It was one of the few trinkets his father managed to keep when he had to go on the run those years ago.

Regan says "Yes," and the couple decide to elope immediately.  Perhaps it comes from being raised as an outlaw, but Harley is not a big fan of ceremony.

Regan already had a guitar in her possession, so she begins to play for those at the park.

Meanwhile Harley goes back to the underground to earn a few more tips.  I have Regan quit her job in Politics, and change to a new outfit.  Her traits are:  Loner, Loves the Outdoors, Dislikes Children, Kleptomaniac, and Angler.

By that night, Regan has level 3 guitar skill, while Harley, Devin, and Ella all are level 5 band career.

Chapter 17- A Royal Wedding, and Unsubstantiated Rumors

When we left off, Harley had just Maxed his Guitar Skill, which makes him 1/2 way to completing this stage of the challenge.  Devin and Ella continue to play their instruments.

Harley heads to the underground theater, where the tips are biggest, and plays there, getting level 2 of the Band career.  Meanwhile Ella finally gets her 10th skill point in piano, right before it's time to go to bed.

When the family returns to the inn, they hear the news that Princess Celia and Liam Eames were married.  Princess Lynne is considered the firstborn, so I allowed Princess Celia to move out of the castle with her husband.

I actually had to go to edit town to do it manually, because of a Story progression glitch.  I also modified the house slightly using cheat codes, and the Leighton's family funds.  They have more than enough of it, and they won't be able use much of it, or be able to take it to the next round, anyway.

 Liam Eames has a career in Law Enforcement.  His traits are: Unlucky, Disciplined, Good, Genius, and Dog Person.  He is the son of Maeve and Martin Eames, now deceased.

He lived alone, with only his pet dog named Kia.

The next day, Devin plays his Bass.

Meanwhile, Harley and Ella go to the underground theater to earn more tips.

Devin finally reaches 10 skill points in bass later that morning.

While there, he hears a rumor that Princess Lynne is pregnant, unmarried, with Richie Burb's child.  Richie Burb has a career in Professional Sports, and the traits: Loner, Neurotic, Clumsy, Vehicle Enthusiast, and Eccentric.  He's the son of John, a scientist, and Jennifer Burb, a professional athlete.

Devin heads over to the underground theater, and by the end of the day he is level 3 in the band career, while Ella and Harley are both level 4.  While leaving, Harley is struck by lightning.

He survives though, and back at the inn, he eats Ice-Cream.  It's what any boy who was just struck by lightning deserves.

Chapter 16- Graduation

This morning it's Harley's High School Graduation.  His parents dawn their best formal attire for the occasion.

Harley is named Class Valedictorian, and he's voted "Most Likely to Save the World," both of which he gets a shiny ribbon for.

 Industrious Devin gets the idea to play their music right outside of city hall.  The king, who must have been there on business even came outside to listen.  All 3 have musical skills level 8.

They even go to the graveyard to play their music by the graveside, earning their 9th musical skill level.

 Princess twins Celia and Lynne are young adults.  Princess Celia has a career in music. Her traits are: Photographer's eye, Genius, Virtuoso, Hopeless Romantic, and Snob.  She is dating Liam Eames. Princess Lynne is a self employed painter Her traits are: Perfectionist, Perceptive, Grumpy, Artistic, and Friendly.  She is dating Richie Burb.  Below is Princess Lynne.

Princess Celia, pictured below, didn't wait long before she accepted a proposal to marry Liam Eames. They are now engaged.

The Leighton family band's night of playing in the park was interrupted by a death.  The woman who died turned out to be Harley's Girlfriend's Mother.  He didn't know her, but feels disappointed that he never will.

The next day the family goes back to the park to continue to Jam with their instruments

Again, their playing was interrupted by a death.  This time it turned out to be Harley's Girlfriend's Father who's passed away.

The family band continues to play into the night.  This time they play Blues, in honer of the deceased, of course.  Harley maxed out his guitar skill at level 10, and Devin and Ella aren't far away.

Chapter 15- Adulthood

In the meantime Harley and his family have been staying at the inn, and practicing their instruments.  

But for Harley's birthday his parents went out and purchased a cake.

 I got to choose a trait for him, and I chose Virtuoso, because he will need to be good at music.

For his Lifetime Aspiration he got Golden Tongue, Golden Fingers.  He will need to master the Guitar and the Charisma skills.

 This is him eating a piece of his birthday cake in his new outfit.

 He tells his mom that he'd like to join the Leighton Family Band, which makes her very proud.

And he goes to the City Hall to register as a self employed band member.

Harley and his parents go to the park to play for spectators.  Harley asked his girlfriend to join their jam session.  She will not age up for another 4 days, but after they are married, Harley hopes that she will join their band.  That's her on the Far right.
